Jabber Cooperate Directory Search+config file

Hello all,

We have Presence 9.1 with Jabber clients 9.2.

When we search any user through jabber client, we are not able to search. LDAP confguration i have done same which i used in CUCM for LDAP.

We are getting following ouput :

oftphone - Healthy

Status: Connected

Address: 10.30.35.2 (CCMCIP)

Protocol: CCMCIP

Device:CFSUANIS

Line:6464

Voicemail - Unhealthy

Status: Not connected

Reason:

Address: 10.30.35.4

Protocol: VMREST (HTTPS)

Presence - Healthy

Status: Connected

Address: CUP

Protocol: XMPP

Outlook address book - Healthy

Status: Last connection successful.

Address: Outlook

Protocol: MAPI

Directory - Unhealthy

Status: Unknown

Reason:Unknown

Protocol: LDAP

Can any one help please ?

Second Question, how & where to upload the config.xml file for presece ?

Jabber Cooperate Directory Search+config file

J4W does not use the LDAP profile from CUCM, either it will use the domain info and DNS SRV for LDAP/DC from your domain, or you need to configure it in the jabber-config.xml

You upload the .xml to the CUCM's TFTP.

How to configure the file, is all explained in the J4W documentation.
