hi
i install a express-c&e for jabber login without VPN from external.
but now there have a very big problem.
when the called party is jabber form outside.like iphone or android.
the call ring is right,but the jabber external answer,the calling party still hear the ring tone.....
the Expressway C and E zone is OK..
I use RTMT to get the log and find the appendix(please remove "_.txt")
the CUCM don't respone the 200OK message from external jabber (the jabber is called party)
the 172.16.203.203 is CUCM and 172.16.203.208 is Expressway-C

This is what I suspected. The symptom you described matches a defect on the CUCM in this software version. The actual defect is https://tools.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCuh87502.
The Mobile & Remote Access solution requires that your CUCM is running at minimum software update 1. (9.1.2-11900-12).
You can check the Mobile and Remote Access Guide for the minimum software versions.
I would proceed with the upgrade then re-test.

Which versions of software are you running on:
CUCM
Jabber
Expressways
Also, have you deployed your Expressway-E as a single or dual NIC?

My system is System is also version: 9.1.2.10000-28. I will also upgrade as soon as possible.

I upgraded one of my clusters and am now able to dial and answer an Android smart phone shared line. I will upgrade my primary cluster soon.

I upgraded the remaining cluster and the problem is again resolved.

Remote iPad and PC on home wire and wireless can answer shared line calls but iPhone and android can not. iPhone can not answer on wifi from home or wireless network. 10.5.2 clients. Can refuse call and divert to voicemail but as stated above, seems ok is not handled. I even tethered the iPad to the iPhone cell network and answered the shared line call on the iPad, so does not seem to be provider issue. There is nat on both home network and cell provider devices.

sorry....i can't understand you say.....
but in another environment this call is OK......the software and version is same....
