Currently running:
CUCM 8.6, in UCCE 8.5.4, Jabber 9.1.5, Anyconnect 3.0
I have Anyconnect installed on my Samsung Galaxy S4 along with Cisco Jabber. Anyconnect will connect with our corporate network, and Jabber also connects. I show the jabber client/phone registered in CUCM. I am able to place outgoing calls with Jabber, but incoming calls do not ring on my cell phone. Jabber extension is the same as my deskphone, which rings without issues.
Any ideas?
Thank you

Hi Darren,
When you place outgoing calls, do you experience any issues in audio? I mean one way audio issue?
-Do all the Jabber clients (Windows,MAC,Android,iPhone) face the issues in VPN?
Also, could you check the PRT log in Jabber, if the Jabber received the SIP Invite?

you can find the solution here. this is an ASA issue wherein the ASA is blocking the SIP invite.

How about a solution that does not include a pay for answers site?
