Jabber for Android/iPhone 10.6 not Ringing

Hi There,

 

I experience a strange issue an probably one of you already met this:

I have CUCM cluster in mixed mode, everything works exept Jabber for iPhone/Android that are not able to register the phone services in non secure mode.

If I configure TCT and BOT in secure mode, then the phone services register, but the TCT/BOT device is absolutely not able to receive a call (not ringing at all).

I double check, this is a shared line, and associations are successful.

 

Even if I have severa installation in 10.5 mixed mode without these two issue, I am not able to figure out why this is the case now.

I have a TAC case open since 2 monthes, still no clue...
