Jabber for Android Issue

Android cell phone are unable to connect to CUCM, but instant messaging, voicemail worked fine. The jabber for iPhone works well. I am using the latest client from Google play, IMP9.1 and cucm9.1. I didn't install the device cop file on CUCM, does this cause the problem?

Has anyone else experienced this? thanks.

Have you made sure that the end user has both line appearance association as well as device association in the user management > end user page?

Otherwise take and post a problem report from J4A.  In the log it will say why it failed to register.
