Jabber for Blackberry missing number and email addresses

Hello,

I have slogged through configuring Jabber for Windows and iPad and hav those working ok.

I am now trying to configure Jabber for Blackberry. The app is installed and the Presence and IM features work ok but the contacts do not have numbers or email addresses (we are not using photos at the moment so cannot say whether this is working ok).

Any hints where to start as the documentation is pretty poor for the Blackberry version.

CUCM 9.1 and IM & Presence 9.1 is what we are using.

I did have some certificate errors which I ignored (the customer does not have a CA)
