Jabber for iPad drops calls on connection

I'm having a problem with jabber for iPad clients not being able to make or receive calls.

It connects perfectly with IM and Presence and also registers on the CUCM with it's TAB device

When I dial an internal number I get busy tone.

When I dial an external number the call goes through and rings at the far end but drops straight away before it can be answered

If I call in to the iPad it rings, I can answer it and then it drops.

The CUCM is running 9.1.1

The jabber client is 9.3.2

The ipad is running iOS 6.1.3

There are some oddities about this.

1. I also have jabber for iPhone installed on the iPad and that works perfectly with it's TCT device. They have different DN's but they both use the same CSS, partitions and route patterns.

2. It used to work okay. The only thing that's been done recently is I installed a COP file (cmterm-iphone-install-100222.cop)

to allow DVO-R to work on the iPhone devices. But I'm not sure if that was at the same time as the iPad calls going faulty.

Any ideas?

Could it be the COP file that's getting in the way?

Is there another COP file I need for the iPad?
