Jabber for iPAD over VPN issue

Jabber for iPAD with BE6000 9.1

When iPAD uses VPN with tethering wifi provided by a mobile phone, everyting works fine, including auto-discovery  and login, corp directory search, and contact search.

When the same iPAD uses VPN on home wifi (we tried three different homes with different SPs), we have issues below.

1. auto-discovery doesn't work. After entering username@domain.com and hitting "continue", it takes a couple of minutes to try login, then gives error message "can't verify email address", and ask manual setup.

2. We go ahead to setup the login manually, it takes a couple of minutes to login successfully.

3. When searching directory, after entering just one letter or number, it starts searching, but takes a several minutes then gives "no results found".

can you attach a problem report off the IPAD Jabber client.

It was fixed.

The issue was caused by VPN overlapped IP address when using home wifi.
