Jabber For iPhone Inbound Call Delay

After upgrading to Cisco Jabber 9.6.1 for iPhone I have a very odd issue. If a call comes in and I answer on my computer or desk phone about 5 to 10 minutes later the call will start to ring on my iphone. I cannot answer the call but only decline. If I decline the call and I am still on the call on my desk phone or soft phone on computer the call is interrupted and the person on the other end is dumped to my voice mail.

 

I actually had it happen while on the phone with my collaboration SE. After being dumped to my voice mail mid call he called back and I explained the issue.
