Jabber for iPhone version 9.5.0 Voice Quality issue

Hi All,

Kindly need your help. I've got problem about voice quality issue on Jabber for iPhone version 9.5.0.153580.

The Problem is when I initiated video call to IP Phone series 9971 the voice quality that produced from my iPhone is too small and is not loud when I change to iPhone Speaker output with maximum volume set. But If I change output to iPhone Handset is fine and is loud.

My iPhone connected by Wi-Fi and the Wi-Fi is not far from me, so maybe if the reason is about obstacles or strenght of signal that doesnt make sense from my humble opinion. Or maybe related with iOS ? Because now I'm using iOS 6.1

Did anyone experiencing same issue above? Or anyone know how to fix issue above?

Please let me know, I'm very appreciate to all of you that help and contribute on this discussion
