Jabber for iPhone with connection issues over AnyConnect

Hello,

we are facing a very strange behaviour with Jabber for iPhone. Does anyone knows what could cause this behaviour? Any help is appreciated but I do belive that this might be some sort of bug. The scenario is the following:

The user must at least once register it over the WLAN first in order to work fine over the VPN (AnyConnect) later, and If the CUCM Pub server is restarted or the TCT device is changed in anyways, the user is no longer able to register it over the VPN (until he register it again over the WLAN), although he can reach fine the CUCM admin pages using the iPhone Safari browser anytime over the same AnyConnect VPN session.

CUCM is 8.6.2.20000-2

Apple iOS is still: 6.1.3

AnyConnect for iOS: 3.0.09179
