Jabber for iPhone won't reconnect


I have a customer that is facing an issue with Jabber for iPhone:

Jabber for iPhone will register correctly a first time but if user disconnects from wireless network, jabber may not reconnect back again. It will get into a loop where we can only see the attempt to reconnect. Closing the app doesn't seem to help.

IPhone is connected to WiFi when trying to reconnect to CUCM and wifi is working.

Sometimes Jabber will reconnect, sometimes it won't unless we do a reset of the device (TCT) directly on CUCM.

Has anyone experienced this?

Jabber for iPhone won't reconnect

I'm not sure if this would be the issue but, there are two SSIDs users connect to.

Both of the SSIDs allow Jabber to contact CUCM IP address but issue will occur most likely when users change from one SSID to the other.

Would the IP change be the root cause of the issue? Is there any configuration we can add to CUCM so Jabber tries to reconnect no matter what?
