Jabber for Mac crashes on first chat

Hi,

Every time I load Cisco Jabber for Mac version 8.6.2, choose a contact, open the chat window and send the first chat, the application crashes. I attached the crash report (zip - not sure what to paste here). I have not successfully used the application. I am runing a MBA 10.9.1.

Any ideas?
