Jabber for windows ADFS not working properly

Hallo,

 

We have implemented the SSO using the Microsoft ADFS in our cluster and some users are reporting following issue:

 

After login with their windows credentials they are getting following error message:

Invalid Status code in Response.  this may be caused by a configuration error in the IDP.  Please check the IDP logs and configuration.

 

In many cases is this cvaused by the missing acg on the enduser page (user was not in Standard CCM enduser - after adding everything was fine), but some users are facing this issue altough they are in mentioned group. What helps is to delete the ADFS cookies from Internet explorer.

Is there some way to fix this so that the users will not have this issue in future ?

My company users also have such issues. Even we deleted the ADFS cookies from Internet explorer also same issues.

 

So far the Cisco also cannot give me a proper solution to fix it.
