Jabber for windows and uri dialing

I have a question regarding dialing between jabber for windows and VTC devices registered to VCS. I have a customer with call manager and VCS integration and during testing we discovered that when VC device place jabber call on hold jabber call disconnects. Also when trying to dial VC device using URI like numbers@domain application adds additional digits and drops domain (call disconnects) alpha-numeric@domain dialing is not allowed.

Sip pattern configured in call manager and i don't see similar problem with Jabber for iPad.
