Jabber for Windows "Phone Mode" Licence

Hi,

My customer has a user configured on CUCM 9.1 and has also configured Jabber for Windows 9.2 client configured in "Phone Mode" for that same user.The Presence service is not enabled.

Within ELM the client consumes two CUWL licences. Is that expected behaviour? Should the Jabber for Windows client not fall within that CUWL licence?

Make sure you have owner ID associated to both devices, then a single license will be used.
