Jabber Guest widget load fails when called from within a web application

Need Assistance in getting the below issues resolved at the earliest as we are integrating Jabber Guest with Extended Care Solution and widget is not getting loaded form our web application.

getting following error (widget keeps checking for connection and then after few trials throws exception with Jabber Guest Crashed )

GLib-GThread-ERROR **: file external/glib/gthread/gthread-posix.c: line 198 (void g_mutex_free_posix_impl(GMutex *)): error 'Resource busy' during 'pthread_mutex_destroy ((pthread_mutex_t *) mutex)'
aborting...

Scenario:

Web application : Cisco Extended Care Solution running on firefox, safari, IE and crome It has its own portal for users to login.

User logged into to Web application has Jabber Guest set as the phone type. (firefox browser)

this user will intiate a call from jabber guest only when the other participant has joined.

On second participant join event, we are setting the iframe src for first participant.

This should detect the Jabber Guest plugin and load the Jabber Guest widget with Call button.

Where as we are not seeing the above behavior.

Following errors are seen:

1st : Jabber Guest plugin though installed was not getting detected.

2nd: The widget kept on refreshing. Jabber Guest with Call button never gets loaded.

using Jabber server " https://jabberguest.cisco.com/call/<cisco-voip-number>@cisco.com"

When I load this firefox browser the widget comes up and am able to place calls.

attached screen shot for reference.
