Jabber History on WTS/XenApp with Roaming Profiles

Hi there,

does anybody know how to set the path for Jabber history?

For now the History is stored in

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Cisco\Unified Communications\Jabber\CSF\History

But for our roaming profiles it should be in

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Cisco\Unified Communications\Jabber\CSF\History

happy for any help

Jabber History on WTS/XenApp with Roaming Profiles

It gets the users Local and Roaming directories from a standard MSDN call to get the constant special item ID list of CSIDL_APPDATA and CSIDL_LOCAL_APPDATA.

The history is hard coded to go to the "Local" directory, though I could understand a reason to have it stored in the Roaming instead.

You'll need to open a TAC case and have them check if this enhancement already exists, or file a new one if not.  Maybe there could be a configuration option to allow the admin to specify where they want the various AppData information to be stored?
