Jabber iOS 10.5 getting "Cannot Connect to IM Server"

Hi guys,

 

Is anyone else having any problems with IM connectivity with the new iPhone client. Periodically, the client will display this:

 

 

All the other services seem to reconnect properly, but IM doesn't work until we exit the client and re-open it again. I raised a case with TAC who have told me to add _cuplogin SRV entry which in my opinion will not make any difference (I already have cisco-uds configured and discovery works correctly when the client is launched)

 

Customer is also using Expressway, but the issue seems to happen both on and off prem. Possible bug maybe?
