Jabber Issue

HI All

I came up with an issue regarding Jabber in my environment. The Cisco Jabber is not appearing in its usual way, showing email addresses instead of the names. 

So could someone please help me how to rectify this issue ?

That probably means that your

That probably means that your directory integration is not working, you need to review that config and correct any issues there.

The issue is happening only with some users, not everyone in the cluster. and if it is a directory integration issue, the issue should be there for everyone in the cluster.

The fact you show the JID and not the name, is clearly a problem with the directory resolution, assuming your configuration is fine, then there is something else wrong, ie problems with the communication between end client and server.
