Hi All,
We have the jabber MRA enabled with CUCM and IMP version 11.5.
For one particular subnet, there is a restriction and they cannot access CUCM and IMP ip address directly. They have the same DNS configuration. We cannot change the DNS settings.
I want to check if there is any provision , in a such a way that we can manipulate the config file and force these users to use MRA from internal network.
By defauly, they will get the SRV record for internal access and it will not work because of this restriction.
Please let me know if its not clear.
Please advise.

No, there's no configuration you can change for this, MRA will only work once Jabber finds the _collab-edge SRV record, and that's the last one it will look for.
You'd need to configure a split-horizon DNS for those clients to be directed to the EXP-E to use MRA.
