jabber not display pic

Dear ,

i have IM&P 9 ,,Users on Windows machines are working properly. The pictures from AD are shown correctly in Jabber,it shown during chat,, but when i call any one the pictures disapper , is this normal behavior ?please advise?

Hi, I had faced the same problem...could you try the followings it works for me..... Go into local drive(c)....user(select the user)....appdata....local....cisco.....unified communication.....jabber.....csf...photo cache. Delete the folder of photo cache and check.please exit the jabber and reopen it.if still not work please let us know.

THanks for your update,,,i did the the workaround but still the same issue,,no pic during the calls...
