Jabber on premise - two domains

We have two domains in our company. There is a trust setup between these two domains.

Both domains are setup and syncing fine via LDAP on CUCM

CUCM lives in the domain used by CompanyA

CompanyA can login to Jabber with the domain defined in CUPs (also the default domain for CUCM)

CompanyB cannot login to Jabber and domain is not defined anywhere in CUPs

We have been running Jabber for a few months now for CompanyA, but are ready to roll-out to CompanyB. Just wondering if the trusted domain setup is supported by default or if more ins required to get it up and running?

We are running 9.1 across the board.

Jabber on premise - two domains

Fof the log in issue:

Try having them log into the CUPS' user page, if this fails have them try on the CUCM's end user page, if this fails authentication is failing between CUCM and LDAP for that user.

Make sure this users can resolve the CUPS hostfile, if not add the entry in DNS.

Turn off firewall and antivirus to test.

Make sure users show on CUPS.
