Jabber Peer 2 Peer desktop sharing very slow

We seem to have this on going issue with P2P desktop sharing where the lag between what is bing shared and what is being received can be 30-45 seconds to 1-2 minutes. 

We're using IM&P 10.5 and Jabber for Windows 11.7

We notice this more often with MS office products being shared but to some degree is intermittant and does not effect everybody. We've seen this inside the office and when we have remote (VPN) users as well.

Has anyone seen this and have any suggestions?

We are also experiencing the same problem too. it lags when typing on MS Word 2016, but goes back to normal when we try and type on Notepad.

its not happening to everyone. when I tried sharing my screen to the affected user, there was no lag, but when she shares her screen it lags by 1 to 2 minutes.

Did you ever figure out the cause of the issue? Are you running Jabber 11.5,11.6 or 11.7? See saw this in each of those releases.
