Can someone confirm the Jabber Service Discovery option using the DNS SRV record will not work if the client does not have a CSF device configured in UCM? Our testing thus far has indicated this is true.

Hi Martin,
Jabber Service Discovery would definitely work without CSF config. CSF is just an optional feature for Jabber clients
Make sure the Service profile is configured properly and also your DNS SRV records
