Jabber SSO

Hi,

We have a working SSO funcionality on CUCM and IM&Presence server ver 10.5. We have updated Jabberconfig.xml file with options

sso_enabled=true. Jabber clients still have to put their credentials. Do you have idea why it doesn't work ?

Could you paste your jabber-config.xml file please. Also note that I have found that Jabber doesn't necessarily grab the latest config file. I don't know why yet.

Can your users successfully get to https://<your_CUCM_server>/ucmuser  url without credentials?

You probably already tried, but use "Reset Jabber" in the file menu in Jabber when logged out of Jabber, just to try and force an update of the config.

The default for that parameter is true, even if you don't have it in the file, if all the other components for SSO are in place and working, Jabber will try to use SSO
