Jabber - Unable to log in since changing username in AD

Hi

We changed an existing users login ID in AD and since then she cant log into Cisco Jabber (10.6.0).

The account was fine before and we have attempted to log in on an alternative PC etc...

It maybe due to the fact that we added a '-' to the userID?

or the fact that Jabber doesn't like the userID being changed full stop?

any ideas?

In my past experience, Jabber

In my past experience, Jabber is hosted in Clound and the any change to the ID needs to be synced correctly. I would suggest to check the ID and its association to the cluster you are tryin to login using the AD. This would mostly likely fix the issue. Thank you
