Jabber Updates Issues

Hello everyone...

I have been testing Jabber on a restraint number of users before we push it out throughout the organization.

Problem: users cannot install nor log into Jabber to install the updates unless they have admin right. Below is a screenshot of what I get.

If we decide to do a mass push as a software package (via our App Distribution Center), users won't be able to install or upgrade the application unless they have admin right, which we can't give to them for security reasons. So I've been trying to figure out that issue, a way around it so that these updates and installation would happen seamlessly on the user side.

Has anyone experienced similar issues? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
