jabber usage on iPad

Hi,

Has anyone experienced a large usage of memory space using Jabber 9.6.1.171913. Over the last couple of weeks I have got a low space warning because the usage of Jabber on my ipad shows 4.7GB or higher. I have to delete the app and re-install it to resolve the issue.

I am running the latest release of IOS 7.

Can you check if the detailed logging some how is checked or turned on; if yes you would like to uncheck it and see if that resolves the issue. Also please clarify ;

 

-> What generation of ipad/ ios version on it?

-> What is the version of jabber for ipad that you are using on it ?
