I have an SX20 standalone that when it is given a public IP address I can connect from a Jabber client to the SX 20. I cannot connect the other way around which I think is a SIP issue. The SX 20 is not registered for SIP. This is not my main concern however.
When I connect the SX20 to a SonicWALL firewall I cannot get any Video or Audio. The call comes in and I accept it but no video / audio connection occurs. I know this is the firewall but I cannot find out where. I have even opened cases with Cisco and SonicWALL and they have yet to be able to track this down. I have scoured the Internet and tried various fixes but none have worked.
I can connect to the SX20 from another standalone SX20 so I think this narrows it down to SIP as I know the Jabber client uses SIP.
