Jabber Voice for iPhone 9.1.7 - Can't hear iPhone user
We recently upgraded our call manager to version 9.1.2 and installed Jabber Voice 9.1.7 on the iPhone. I have an iPhone 5 and can make the calls and hear the person on the other end, but they cannot hear me. I know its not the mic on the phone, because my regular calls are fine. I loaded the same jabber client on and iPhone 4s and it works fine, so my account on the CM is working. Both iPhones are running iOS 7.
Have you checked that the Jabber Voice application has access to the iPhone microphone, when first running the app users may get a prompt to give the app access to it. This could explain why normal calls work.
You can check this by accessing General Settings > Privacy > Microphone
