Jabber Windows and problem with Certificate

Welcome,

 

Our client has problem with Jabber client and new Cisco Architecture - Expressway Core/Edge.

He can't authenticate to account - get a message about Invalid Certificate - as in attachment (in polish language).

In attachment also a logs from application.

 

What do you think about it?

Have you installed on the machine the root CA of whoever signed the certs for your deployment??

You need the root CA, and the cert for EXP-E
