Jabber windows login failed

Hi All,

We are testing the Jabber windows client on VDI & getting a error as "Can't communicate with Server". While gone through the CSF logs it stated as below.

2014-05-27 18:24:58,050 ERROR [0x0000103c] [sets\adapters\imp\components\Log.cpp(35)] [JabberWerx] [IMPStackCap::Log::log] - [LoginMgr.dll]: #0, CLoginCup::OnLoginFailed errcode: 28, errorstring: SOAP 1.2 fault: SOAP-ENV:Sender[no subcode]
"Timeout"
Detail: connect failed in tcp_connect()

I hope this because of network connectivity issue. Can anyone clarify this

This would mostly be a network issue. Is there any NAT configured between the client and Server?

Also, please try manual log in by giving the IP address of CUPS server. If that also fails, please collect the sniffer using Wireshark, and also the Cisco profile agent log from IM&P server.

Is the PC part of the domain? Also, does the log in work from normal PC's registered to the same domain? I just want to confirm if only VDI clients are affected.
