login failed due to registration failure

Hello guys,

 

after installing and updating Jabber Video (v. 4.8.8 on Win7 x64) I got the following message: “login failed due to registration failure. If the problem persists contact IT support”. The login path is correctly set to “https://boot.ciscojabbervideo.com/endpoint/configuration”. I found a thread in this forum how to create a log file and did it. This is the error line from sip.log:

2014-10-16 09:29:02,000 DEBUG PID 7080 TID 5972 SIP
g2fsm_Ready_doSIPRegStatusInd: SIP registration to 199.19.190.25:5060 failed: 'network connection lost'. Proxy was removed: 1. Failure was fatal: 0. More available: 0.

Can you find out, what prevents my jabber program from registering?
