Hi, I recently registered and downloaded Jabber video for telepresence version 4.6. When I downloaded the software I was able to login, however now I keep receiving the same login error whenever i try to login in my computer. At first I thought I had forgotten my password, but after changing it and also asking other peers to try to login using my computer, kept receiving the same error.

I have a similar problem but I never managed to login successfully. I am sure I am using the right username and password. Are there any issues with firewalls, proxies or ports that we should be aware of, e.g. on the sign-in settings?
