Multiple line CTI in Jabber

Is it possible to have multiple lines controlled via jabber? It is nice to be able to transfer calls using Jabber and the Corporate Directory. This is working flawlessly, however, some of our users have multiple lines associated with their device. Jabber is not working with those.

Meaning calls that come in on the other lines, Jabber does not the Lower volume of music or other audio and it also will not allow users to transfer calls using Jabber, removing the ability to search Corporate directory without additional steps.  

Am I missing something or is this working as designed?
