I installed a CUPS server in my environment and completed the integration with the CUCM.
Also i made the appropriate configuration dor users to be able to login to the jabber program on their desktops, and everything works fine , only that i don't have an option to perform voice or video calls using the application , when i click a contact i do not have an option to perform a call.
Also , the DNs associated with the users are not reachable.
Another issue is i have a red icon in the lower right corner that states
"no device configured on cisco unified communication manager" althogh i do have a device associated with the logged-in user.
