No Meetings in Jabber for Windows on prem deployment

Symptom:

The option to start a meeting using Meeting Place or WebEx is not available in Cisco Jabber for Windows when using on prem deployment model.

Environment:
Cisco Jabber 9.0.1
Cisco Unified Communications Managaer
Cisco Unified Presence
Cause:
Jabber for Windows on prem deployments do not current support WebEx or MeetingPlace Meetings. 

Resolution: 
This is planned to be resolved in the next major release of Jabber for Windows and identified in defect CSCtz89514
