no new voicemail notification

Dear all,

i have probelm receiving new voicemail in jabber windows client.

every time i receive new voicemail, there is no notifications

when i check my web inbox, i also didn't see new voice mail.

is there something miss in my set up?

when you say you dont see a new voicemail in your inbox, that to me sounds like Unity Connection (?) is not set up properly. do you have that working on desk phones at all?
