Not able to hear any audio in jabber when configured on Remote desktop

Hi All,

I have successfully registered a user on jabber11.6 on remote desktop. I have successfully made a call to 9971 cisco phone using that jabber user on Remote desktop(windows). But i am unable to hear any audio via remote desktop.

How can hear the audio of 9971 phone in the above case. Do i have to configure anything on the remote desktop for that ?

I am able to hear other sounds on RDC .
