First and foremost I know this question has been asked about a million times by now, and my apologies if the answer is out there, but I've been all around the forum and I can't find anything to remedy my issue.
All of our collaboration servers are hosted off premises with a hosted solution. If any changes need to be made config side, it's a quick call to them to get it configured.
As I've been through the forum I know the EnableSaveChatHistoryToExchange must be enabled, so I'll just make this short and post what I see in the Exchange portion of my C:\Program Files (x86\Cisco Systems\Cisco Jabber\jabber-config-defaults.xml file:
Is there anything other than that portion of the configuration that needs to be changed? We are running Exchange 2013. I'm not seeing any Jabber Chats folder being created in my Outlook profile. What am I missing?
