Question about CallerID

Hi Folks,

I have a internal DN configured with 5800 im my cucm associated with IP Phone, CSF, Tablet .... and another devices like a EX 60, ip phone etc.

When users receives a call from PSTN with CallerID 5800 (example 3225 - 5800) in IP Phone is presented normally, but Jabber associates this CLID with 5800 internal .... and this behavior leaves users confused, because appear that 5800 internal DN is calling they, and not a PSTN user.

Anyone ever had a situation like this?

We are using Jabber for Windows...

Question about CallerID

Assuming that 5800 is part of the ANI and not the exact ANI you should be able to turn off wildcard searches in Jabber to get the LDAP query to return zero records.
