Send To Voicemail problems on CUCILync 8.5(211.19706)

Hi I have the following scenario: When a user gets called the CUCILync client appears and when the user clicks the button "Send to voicemail" the call is redirected to the Unity Server. The numbers who have a voice mail profile are directed to the right mailbox. How ever there are some numbers that have a voice mail profile assigned that that has an empty Pilot number. When I push the messages button on the desk phones nothing happens as expected. When I klick the button "Send to voicemail" on CUCILync the call is notherless redirected to the Unity server. How can I disable this behavior. Do I have to set some settings on the client itself? Best regards.
