In our environment, jabber clients connect to a presence server that is integrated with our active directory. The problem appears after someone joins a remote webex meeting, their jabber client login server type is changed to webex instead of presence and users cannot log in. Client versions are mixed but all in the 9.2.x range. Is there a setting to ensure the jabber client always tries to login into a presence server?
Note, we do not specify a presence server address, that is done with a DNS record. We just pick Presence server as opposed to Webex.
