Silent Monitoring using Cisco Jabber

Hi,

We are using UCCX 9.x and CUCM 9.x with Cisco Jabber for taking calls. We are using Cisco WFO QM 9.X version for call recording and monitoring.

We are able to record calls but not able to monitor calls. Need to know whether Live and Silent Monitoring features are supported with Jabber as it is supported by CIPC.
