UC Service Type: IM and Presence, doesn't have any device associated

Hi,

I am configuring Jabber on CUCM 9.1 and CUP 9.1.

I have all configured but I can not log to Jabber for windows. The error is that I can not connect to server.

All is fine configured.

I look that my UC Service Type: IM and Presence has not a device associated.

Somebody has the same error?

What do you mean by "UC service type"?

Did you follow the config guides?  Did you build proper SRVs in your DNS or are you pointing directly to IMP server IP address? Are proper services running on IMP? Are your UC services and profile defined properly and assigned to the end user in CUCM? Do you have CSF device configured and associated with the end user?
