Users suddenly are not able to LOG IN to VCS Expressway Server using Jabber Video Client 4.7

When we try to login an LDAP user using Jabber Video ver, it says it prompts "Wrong username, domain, and/or password. Check Spelling and Caps Lock".

One user is able to login successfully which has SIP "Register" in the log.ini file.

On the other hand, the ones that fail, does not send any SIP "Register" message.


Please help.

Can you do another test and

Can you do another test and send expressway-E logs and expressway C logs. Please include the login username of the user whose login failed and time of test

You might also look at the

You might also look at the audit.log file which the Jabber Client updates as it tries to sign in.  There may be clues there as to what it is trying to sign in to and what it is getting back.  On a Win7 machine it can be found in the c:\Users\(local user)\AppData\Local\Cisco\JabberVideo\Logs folder
