Do you mean as a client so that you can use an application to make phone calls, etc?

If so checkout Cisco Jabber for iPhone.

Does Cisco Jabber and cisco mobile 8.1 are the interchangeable names? on itunes if I'm  looking for  Cisco 8.1 it is redirecting to Cisco Jabber

Yes, Cisco Mobile was re-branded as jabber.
