What LDAP User Format for Jabber Android and Org Chart.

Hi,

Trying to setup Jabber for Andorid devices such as Samsung GS3/4 (4.2) and Google Nexus 4 (4.3). I know these versions are not officially supported with Jabber 9.1 yet but I want to know the correct LDAP user setup for directory search. Currently I'm using domain-name\user-name or user-name. Both gave me "incorrect credentials" error. The format domain-name\user-name works well in iphone.

In addition, the org chart in iPhone only shows the person name and title. It doesn't show the manager information. Does anyone have this issue?

Ok. Tried user@domain.com, it works for android. Tried domain\username works in iphone.

Still org chart not showing right.Android Jabber doesn't show the structure only showing the person's phone number, email, title and department.
