why can't login jabber with employee account

Hi all,

I just download a Jabber clinet on windows platform

but can't login , notice the username/password is not correctly ,

I can be sure the account is correct and could login webex im.

I remember I had successed login jabber with iphone , but now also failed.

Do we need to manually config login server address ?

Here's the one provide by default clinet , but no luck ...

Hi Zhongyu,

How did you enter user name? Jabber for Windows requires user to add username as "username@domain.com" when Webex is used as presence server.
